Smoked Salmon, Spinach and Feta Cheese Omelet

This is my breakfast this morning.  2 egg omelet, stuffed with Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon, spinach sautéed in extra-virgin olive oil and garlic.  used Kerrygold butter for the omelet. spinich and salmon omeletDelicious, and healthy with 2 servings of vegetables, with only 7 grams of carbohydrates–all coming from real food.

Ingredients

2 oz. Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon

2 cups of baby spinach, sautéed with garlic and EVOO

2 organic brown eggs

1 oz of Feta Cheese

Kerrygold Grass-fed butter
